Practeam's executive team has over 25 years of combined experience in the field of recruitment.

The team comprises of people from some of the finest education institutions in India like IITs and IIMs. The leadership and research team comprises successful professionals who have spent years in their respective domains before taking on the role of Recruitment Consultants or Facilitators with Practeam.

Other than beings hands on on recruitment this team has also been involved in analyzing hiring processes for some of the largest recruiters in India and optimizing their processes for best productivity and results. That experience in the team helps us understand our clients interviewing and screening process much better than anyone else.

Vipin Aggarwal
With an experience spanning more than 17 years in Financial Services business, Vipin has unique knack to identify business opportunities & turn them to revenue grosser. His portfolio of business interests includes HR, investment, mortgage, corporate advisory & software development firms... He has MBA under his belt, his specialization lies in Investment consultancy and financial intermediary business. He was Head of Institutional Sales with DBS Securities India, part of DBS Bank, Singapore.

S Yano
Since his, LL.B. in 1986 from Keio University (Japan). Yano worked with The Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund (currently Japan Bank for International Cooperation) , Baring Brothers & Co. as a cross-border M&A team executive , Link Pacific Co., Ltd. in Tokyo as managing director, and Nhat Viet Co., Ltd. in Vietnam as executive advisor. Yano started to run cross-border advisory business in 1991, and has served private sector, government agencies, and international organizations in many Asian countries. A Japanese citizen, permanent resident in Singapore with global business interests.

Atul Jain
Atul Jain a CS and Law graduate actively engaged corporate advisory on a multitude of corporate legal activities. During 13 years he has handled Corporate matters related to IPO, Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint ventures, Strategic alliances, Company formations, Dissolutions etc .He has been responsible for company Management at micro and macro levels, and during this period he has liaison with various Ministries, Departments, Banks, Statutory Governing bodies, etc At Practeam he is closely guides the commercial & legal team during company's march to higher business levels

Vikas Bhardwaj
Vikas has been in the Human resource function particularly in recruitment & Training for last 19 years. He has organized 500 training programmes in capacity building ,performance coaching, technical know how, Personality enhancement etc. during his stint with pharma , financial sectors & other industries At Practeam he has been associate with recruitment operations & later with creation of new business verticals & in expanding the Practeams area of influence

Rajesh has a treasure trove of experience in the field of operations management ranging from Inalsa Appliances, Aristocrat Luggage, NIS and Stencil Apparels. With MBA in Marketing, he has consistently played the role of torch bearer in the organization. He is a strategic thinker & enables many a key accomplishments with alacrity & finesse
